In my role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at AstraZeneca, I support the business by helping to find and attract great people who are passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives. I work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates to ensure a thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient recruitment process.My focus is on building strong relationships, understanding the needs of each team, and aligning talent strategies with our broader business goals.
