Getting to know the candidates and clients I work with to determine what that \"ideal fit\" looks and feels like, is what I love about recruiting. My goal is to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.Prior to recruiting, I spent a number of years in Accounting and Finance. I really enjoyed aspects of each position I had, but there was always something missing. Recruiting has given me that missing piece. I love working in a fast paced and deadline driven job, while meeting new people and having a positive impact on their lives and livelihoods. I love solving the \"puzzle\" of matching someone with their \"ideal\" opportunity.If you are considering making a career change, but you are busy with your current job, family, and all of the obligations that go along with each of them, I can help.
