Repair, Service, & Restoration accounts for nearly half of our business with the other half, remodeling; kitchens, baths, basements, etc. Our service work encompasses a diversity of projects ranging from roof repairs and replacement, to foundation, and structural repairs. Our business is model is based upon relationships and referrals. Those relationships and referrals have established a strong foundation for our future. The Fairchild Renovations field staff is our most valuable asset and clearly differentiates us in the marketplace. Our team of tenured, skilled professionals are engaged in every project with working Project Managers who understand how quality, service, and integrity, result in building relationships with clients that transcends present projects. Prior to launching Fairchild Services Group, LLC, I had more than two decades of success in Property & Casualty Insurance Claims. Vast operational experience in all facets of Commercial and Personal Lines Claims (Property, Material Damage, Bodily Injury, SIU, Litigation and Collateral Protection Insurance). Considerable experience as a technician, front line supervisor/manger, department manager, director, and executive levels. Uniquely apt at delivering exemplary results in the Key Measurement Areas of Customer Satisfaction, Severity, and Expenses.

As a General Contractor, we understand how all facets of a home work together and are interrelated-such knowledge enables us to identify root sources, instead of repairing resulting damage.
