Since launch in November 2023 I led the sales motion while taking care of our design clients who became loyal customers, establishing the first sales structures and building up the worldwide team.In 10 months we achieve to get 300+ customers from small start ups to larger enterprises and replacements of all proprietary vendors like Datadog, Grafana, Instana, NewRelic etc.Now leveling up to extend the team to be able to get Dash0 in front of more users and companies to show our vision and giving them options to move on.In addition collecting feedback from all users and the market to optimize our product and GTM strategy.

Hi there! I’m Marcel, Head of Growth at Dash0. We\'re on a mission to make observability easy for every developer by providing a tool built with love and your engineering challenges in mind and, finally, understandable and transparent pricing. All this is powered by OpenTelemetry.Follow me on that mission at career has been a journey of growth and learning, starting from an IT Consultant role and moving through various impactful positions as sales and sales lead all the way to building a company from scratch.
