Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across designated departments, facilities, and/or markets- Support large, complex, multi-site operations with high organizational scope and impact-Lead division-wide HR projects and strategic initiatives- Conduct organizational assessments to anticipate HR-related needs and develop actionable workforce plans with defined goals and priorities- Provide evidence-based consulting to management on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation, and workforce planning- Guide leaders through ADA interactive process and policy interpretation- Partner with leadership to create and monitor HR business plans aligned with strategic goals; present progress and results to client groups- Coach leaders at all levels on performance management, engagement, communication, and conflict resolution- Promote and maintain positive employee relations; proactively manage and resolve workplace concerns- Support labor relations efforts, including interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and performance documentation guidance- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to implement enterprise HR programs and drive effective people management practices- Champion culture initiatives aligned with organizational mission, vision, and values; leverage culture diagnostics to develop targeted action plans- Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new HR initiatives and organizational improvements
