With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and land development, I specialize in navigating the unique environment of the District of Columbia. I began my career as a designer and worked my way up to owning the firm, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on every stage of a project—from initial concepts to final approvals.I have successfully designed and managed more than 400 projects across DC and the surrounding region, ranging from K–12 and higher education facilities to museums, historic and religious sites, offices, multi-family housing, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use developments. Whether working in tight urban settings or larger suburban sites, I understand how to create solutions that balance design intent, functionality, and regulatory requirements.A key advantage I bring to clients is my mastery of the District’s complex permitting processes and long-standing relationships with local agencies. This experience allows me to anticipate challenges, streamline approvals, and keep projects moving forward efficiently. My focus is always on delivering responsive, client-centered service while helping bring their vision to life.
