Having a passion for what we do to make things right for so many people by constantly learning and looking to continuously improving on our processes! Leading a great team and Operating 17 million sq ft. Facility at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Dolphins Baptist Health Training Center, University of Miami Football, Miami Open and F1 Miami. Concentrating on all logistics related to running a Housekeeping team of 400 employees at a World Class Entertainment Venue. Great experience working three Super Bowls, Pro Bowl, BCS Championships,Wrestlemania,International Soccer games, Baseball, Football, Monster Jam, Orange Bowls, Cirque de Sole, Jazz In the Gardens festival and Concerts. Operating events in the Parking lots such as car shows, 5K runs, Special Events and Various Festivals. Responsible for all waste logistics movement, sustainability plan, pest control, window cleaning, full laundry system service, Concession/Kitchen cleaning and parking lots plus Corporate Office Full Service Cleaning. Implemented full sustainability program initiatives and took it from 8% diversion on 2014 to 70% in 2016 by recycling in the bowl and in parking lots plus sorting waste, we also been able to divert food waste with implementing food digesters on two of the stadiums level. Operating under budget and maintaining a clean and safe facility with mid 90\'s secret shopper audit scores for 16 games plus other large events, Operating the department Budgets, planning, purchasing, work loading, staff training, various intensive cleaning projects and doing what it takes to get the venue ready for staff and guests on a regular basis and with a winning focused department team! Created great relationship with all departments and superiors to achieve great communications and to be available for all request at all times. We strive as a team to honor our frontline as they consistently perform at an amazing level.

The opportunity to also work around operational driven industry and to manage in the airline industry plus in beverage distribution business in many positions as opportunity arose for advancement with challenging positions to lead staff and grow with new opportunities with the team.
