You might think that becoming a Continuous Improvement evangelist/facilitator is boring. People often assume that. Then they listen to my story. They find it hard to believe that I was a 38-year-old immigrant in the UK, working as a production operator, who did not know what to do in terms of career, then got involved with the continuous improvement initiative (Operational Excellence) just to discover my passion in life (developing people and processes through continuous improvement). And that process triggered the desire to become who I am today. Who am I?I am a continuous Improvement addict, currently leading 5S and (DMAIC) projects. I have also led a successful deployment of the Autonomous Maintenance - one of the Lean manufacturing principles that derives from the Toyota Production System- And love this journey.I am Interested in how these tools can bring solutions to our daily challenges. I also have a special interest in coaching, minimalism, decision-making, technology, innovation, and autodidactism (books have always been one of my passions). In 2025 I earned a Business Management degree (Leadership Practice) from The Open University.
