I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2012, when I launched the first solar-powered Japanese food truck in northeastern Brazil.The idea was simple: serve good food, with purpose, in a creative and sustainable way.In less than a year, we expanded into two permanent locations. That’s when I realized what I really loved was creating and growing businesses.Over the years, I’ve built and tested multiple food brands — always focused on experience, identity, and scalability.
