As the IT Program Delivery Lead, my team is responsible for delivering major transformation programs, including 1AT (One Amplifon Transformation), 1PC (One Procurement Company), a new WMS (Warehouse Management System), and other large-scale initiatives for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Retail/Stores functions.The primary goal of these programs is to harmonize Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes across all countries by leveraging a cloud-based solution.
