Quality Alerts - Implement a corrective action process reducing resolution time from 6 months to 30 days. Warranty Cost – Implemented a warranty deviation and special accrual process to track and manage costs. Worked with team on an RPA to reduce the time to input Transportation claims by 30%. Worked with EMEA to standardize reason codes and reduce by 10% the incorrect use of the warranty. Currently leading the implementation of a warranty portal for the Transportation business, designed to improve the customer experience and reduce costs. Data Analytics: Reduced report creation time by 50% and improved data reliability by creating a data warehouse in Power BI. Reduced the number of people and time to create Cost of Quality and PPM reports by leveraging Power BI. Defined system for tracking field failures in the new Salesforce application.
