Helping early-stage, science-based, Climate and Minerals tech startups grow by connecting them with the right mentors, investors, and operators.At CDL-Vancouver, part of a global initiative that has helped ventures generate over $5B in equity value, I work on the frontlines of deep-tech innovation as a member of the Venture Management team. My role includes: Venture Sourcing & Evaluation – Identifying and assessing high-potential startups for program participation in the Minerals and Climate Streams Cohort Operations & Due Diligence – Managing selection processes through technical evaluations and designing how ventures engage with CDL’s world-class network of advisors Investment Facilitation – Supporting capital deployment decisions by contributing to investment committee reviews and recommending ventures to the CDL Investment Fund Alumni Growth & Fundraising – Curating targeted investor events to connect promising alumni with VCs and angels, supporting their scale-up journeys beyond the program
