ABOUT MARCELLO MONGIARDO

Product Engineering of Electronic and Electrical systems and components for off road vehicles with more than thirty years of experience. Direct and indirect management of both engineering structures and teams including the definition of the operating units and their processes in a multicultural and international context. Heavily involved in engineering activities merge for the two acquisitions made by Fiat Group: New Holland Ford and Case IH. Selected, hired and coached several engineering professionals in EU and NA now at level N-3/N-4 in the CNH organization- Well established experience on innovation projects and innovative features launches on Tractors with the achievement of 5 international patents (CAN Network, Display HMI x2, Steering, 4WD)- Part of CNH Electronic and Electrical Competence Centre (EECC) since its creation in 1996 - Solid experience in problem solving, budget and resources management on complex programs. Significant relationship, teamwork and project management skills- Objective oriented with autonomous execution of company programs in an internationally oriented environment- Member of AEF (*) Steering committee representing CNH Industrial in the years 20••••21. AEF Vice Chairman for 8 years (20••••20).(*) AEF (Agricultural Electronics Foundation) manages all ISOBUS implementation activities and promotes synergies for the electronics domain in the AG Industry (AGCO, Claas CNHI, John Deere, Kverneland, Kuhn-CCI, Pottinger-Amazone-Horsch, SDF, AEM, Federunacoma and VDMA are the core members. More than 200 general members provide additional support to AEF)
