As the CFO of The Guidance Center, I lead the organization’s financial strategy, oversight, and stewardship, ensuring long-term sustainability and alignment with its mission. I partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to navigate complex funding streams, optimize resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives. My responsibilities include executive-level management of accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, investments, risk mitigation, and audits. I oversee the development of forward-looking financial models, support multi-program funding compliance (including LA County DMH), and play a critical role in evaluating capital projects and operational efficiency. Through collaborative leadership, I help ensure every dollar advances our mission to serve vulnerable children and families across the region.
