About Marcelli Oliveira

My carrer counts with 15 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and contract and project management. I\'ve worked in positions at large companies such as Odebrecht, Syngenta, and BRK Ambiental, where I led reporting for main shareholders (Brookfield, FI-FGTS, and Sumitomo) and worked directly with the board of directors and executive committees. I played a crucial role in BRK Ambiental’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), when I coordinated the registration process with the Brazilian Securities Exchange (CVM), acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including auditing firms EY and Deloitte, major banks like Itaú and BTG and legal firms Lefosse and Mattos Filho. Currently, I’m at a global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), having managed Investigator Grants and developing budgets for more than 60 clinical trials. I’m responsible for delivering analyses tailored to our clients’ needs by translating clinical data into financial reports that can support their strategic planning. At this role, my experience in connecting technical knowledge with strategic vision and build cross-functional relationships are essential for delivering results for both our clients and the organization. I began my academic journey in 2 academic centers among the top-tier universities globally: I studied Physics at USP for a year and a half before transitioning to Economics at UNICAMP, where I got my bachelor’s degree. I later earned a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the Istituto Europeo di Design, and I\'ve recently returned to USP as an MBA candidate, class of 2027. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and with knowledge of French, I excel in multicultural environments.
