   Business Operations:Manage and coordinate organization, branch, functional or department operation/business strategies and activities - such as daily operational activities, procurement, vendor management, performance/production reporting, and accounts payable. Disseminate policies and processes (new/changed) to supervisors and staff to ensure compliance. Lead activities of the organization to ensure efficiency and economies of scale. Serve as liaison between local direct operations and corporate office departments that handle similar activities.Sales, Marketing & CRM Database Support:Collaborate with Division Sales Director to effectively plan, organize and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions. Create local marketing collateral with the direction of local leadership and demands of the market/field. Compile market data and prepare reports for sales staff and leadership to analyze and ensure departmental goals are being met. Function as SalesForce CRM database and Marketo email marketing administrator. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with regards to business meals, marketing, events, and expenses. Provide training and tools to sales staff and be a resource for them while in the field. Manage social media and website content for local division - Facebook, Websites, Yelp. Maintain integrity of the Stewart brand. Serve as liaison between local sales department and corporate sales and marketing coordinators.
