As an Associate ERP Analyst, I support the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system. My role involves managing and resolving ERP-related support tickets, identifying system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions that enhance business processes.Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users across Finance and Customer Service. • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. • Document business processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures to support ongoing system use and training. • Coordinate and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to ensure smooth communication between external partners and internal systems. • Assist in system testing, updates, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP enhancements and upgrades. • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to improve adoption and understanding of ERP functionalities.
