As an Associate Director of Supplier Operations at Scientist.com, I have been supporting pharmaceutical scientists in discovering life-saving medicines faster, safer, and cheaper for over 8 years. Scientist.com is the world\'s largest marketplace for medical research, connecting scientists and enabling them to exchange ideas and transact seamlessly online. I host demos, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for our clients, who include 24 of the world\'s top 30 pharmaceutical companies and the US National Institutes of Health.I have a knack for creating unforgettable and unmatched client experiences. My core competencies are customer relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement. I am coachable while able to coach others. I have a passion for medical research and its impact on human health and well-being. I also have a creative side, with a background in cinematography and film production, which I studied at Saddleback College. I am an award-winning director, musician, mentor, and writer, with experience in media, marketing, and account management. I enjoy working on creative projects, such as feature-length films and music production, as well as challenging myself with hobbies like rock climbing, gaming, and working on cars.
