Ms. Durán is a water /wastewater engineer with more than 27 years of experience in water, wastewater and storm water system evaluation, surge analysis, master planning, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, and applied water resources. During her career, she has worked on a variety of systems, from solving local hydraulic issues to leading master plans for large utilities. She has a strong background using GIS-based tools and GIS data and enjoys programming using VisualBasic to create or modify tools for ArcMap/access (geodatabases).
