As a Platform Specialist, I manage the setup, configuration, and daily running of Jira Cloud and Confluence. I adjust workflows, screens, issue types, and request types so they fit the needs of complex projects. I also keep the systems reliable and efficient by maintaining plugins and building smart automations.I use Groovy scripting and Python to create custom automations for workflows, checks, and post-functions. This includes building event listeners for instant alerts on important updates and automatic Confluence page updates to keep teams aligned.I also design and implement cross-platform integrations & Automation between Jira Cloud, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) and other platforms.
