I manage a cross-departmental program from an IT portfolio perspective and am also responsible for individual projects. In addition, I am driving forward the further development of ServiceNow as a central tool for the entire development chain—with the aim of sustainably strengthening transparency, efficiency, and collaboration within the company.A particular focus of my work is the integration of renewable energies into Enercity\'s balancing groups. In this way, I am making a sustainable contribution to the energy industry\'s climate transition and supporting the transition to a sustainable energy supply.
