Gather, monitor and analyze key risk, key performance and key control indicators for the Operations department in coordination with the rest of the operational departments. Proactively ensure the timely and complete implementation of internal and external audit recommendations, as well as any regulators’ observations. Review and centralize Operations’ policies and procedures manuals, including SOX narratives and control matrix. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team including planning and staff development. Organize the projects related to the Operations Department to ensure the development and execution of the bank’sstrategy and objectives
