I believe in the power of community.For 25+ years, I\'ve built it. Connecting people, resources, and purpose in community foundation, healthcare, and higher education advancement. As CEO of the Center for Alumni Relations & Advancement at South Dakota Mines, I lead a team that raises $21M+ annually, engages 18,500+ passionate alums, and stewards a $135M endowment and more than $175M in assets. All in service of students, alumni, and the institution they love.I am a CONNECTOR. Relationships are the work. I bring people together and match resources to the mission. The right connection changes everything.I am CURIOUS. I stay curious longer than most. It\'s how I find the unexpected solution, the right ask, the better path forward.I am CREATIVE.
