Acc A3t F-35 Staff Support, Force Structure and Basing @Analygence

While position emphasis is on F-35 Basing and Force Structure, this position will support all requirements of the F-35 Staff Support Task (5th Gen Operational Tactics) to support Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC), Directorate of Operations (A3), Flight Operations Division (A3T) to analyze, develop, and evaluate detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned Lead Major Command aircrew program(s). Serves as a gatekeeper for the administration and processing of publications, guidance memorandums, configuration changes, directives, and notifications.Responsibilities include supporting:• F-35 Site Survey and Programing Plan Site Activation and serve as CAF operations focal point for assessing, recommending, and facilitating permanent new mission basing/beddown proposals.• MAJCOM staff level functions to include incorporating COCOM requirements into training programs and supporting documents.• F-35 total force integration issues, unit manning requirements, and training/readiness taskings.• F-35 Partner Nations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations and training. This includes foreign tactics manual development, assisting SAF/IA with foreign disclosure activities, and supporting foreign CONUS operations and training activities.• Development and coordination of Live Virtual Constructive training requirements; weapons and tactics planning.• Development and documentation of 5th Generation Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and development and fielding 5th Generation fighter training range requirements.• CAF syllabi development and coordinate exercise participation to maximize training opportunities for the entire F-35 enterprise.• Development of F-35 Joint Technical Documents (JTD) and F-35 Training Management System (TMS).• F-35 and 5th Generation developmental and operational testing activities and safety efforts.• Planning, programming, and budgeting actions and support requirements• Other duties as assigned.
