Technical account manager:Part of the product operations team, responsible for managing and maintaining the technical relationship with business partners in French speaking markets (France, Belgium, Luxembourg)- Manage and maintain operator\'s technical requirements and facilitate their integration in our products working together with the Engineering, Quality and Product Management teams- Manage the technical onboarding and approval process for Fairphone products, including new product launches, software updates, as well as in-life project control and maintenance- Support the engineering team with issue management and issue resolution process- Manage the technical communication with alternative OS developers- Support the Account manager with new operator and B2B customers technical onboarding. Test Manager:Point of contact between the quality and product, aligning testing strategy across products and teams- Implement and follow-up on self-certification processes- Implementation of an automated test setup to increase internal testing capacity and support ongoing investigations with KPI/benchmark testing- Manage the relationship with our field testing partner aligning on scope, schedule and applicable test plans.
