ABOUT MARC BRANDNER
My ambitiation is to create solutions allowing organizations to efficiently harness IT techniques and tools that ensure and optimize the quality of their business services and products by gaining insights from structured and unstructured data. Having been able to acquire intercultural competencies in international project teams (North America & Europe) I gathered experiences with the practices and demands of IT engineering and IT operations in large organizations. As much as I feel at home in the process of compiling business requirements, I like to solve in-depth technical problems as well. Through my work I was able to develop a broad skill set comprising professional knowldge on prevalent Operating Systems (i.e. Linux derivates, Windows Server, AIX), Application Servers (i.e. IBM WebSphere) and enterprise databases (DB2, SQL Server). This knowledge complements with my skills and expertise in Data Science methods, descriptive statistics and capabilities in Unix-based Shell Scripting, Windows Powershell, Java and SQL.
