In my roles I’ve been able to accomplish some of the following- Supported growth of $150M to $785M in revenue, with $90M in P&L responsibility- Planned, designed, and justified a $10M automation investment, including a Goods to Person system- Led and completed the acquisition of our largest competitor in January 2020, working with a third party consulting team to close the deal in less than 45 days. Post acquisition, I led the Integration Management Office- Completed a network optimization study that resulted in reducing annual operating expenses by $900K and improved 2-day delivery coverage to 90% of customers- Invested $25M in capital to integrate five DC locations into three state-of-the-art facilities- Responsible for a team of 700+ individuals, with 5 to 7 direct reports, developing them into strategically, independent minded thinkers, planners, and coaches - Implemented a guaranteed 2 day shipping strategy- Established a Continuous Improvement team and implemented an organizational wide lean culture- Directed the evaluation and decision to consolidate all WMS and ERP activities into a single platform- Oversaw a demand and inventory planning project which led to the creation of software to drive the right demand, at the right time, to the right location
