Professional Biography Mr. Anfossi is an experienced Automotive Aftermarket Sales Executive who partners with clients to identify business opportunities, then develops marketing and promotional programs addressing the needs of specific market channels. Mr. Anfossi believes by listening to the customer during the initial discovery stage, a successful business plan for achieving market share can be identified. It is all about how well you connect with the client’s true needs and the degree to which you show genuine interest in helping them meet their business goals. Mr. Anfossi is experienced in managing sales teams, sales representative agencies and selling directly to customers. Mr. Anfossi has been successful in developing sales in multiple market channels including, the traditional automotive aftermarket, two-step distribution, programmed groups, heavy duty, fleets, government agencies, installer direct, retail national accounts, e-commerce, performance and motor sports. Mr. Anfossi is an avid motorsports fan and participant, obtaining an S.C.C.A. National Competition License and finishing third in the California Sports Car Club Annual Regional Championship in the Formula Mazda Division. Mr. Anfossi is also a fitness enthusiast, he enjoys weight training and long distance bicycling as well as having played minor league Ice Hockey. Mr. Anfossi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Marketing from National University in San Diego. Mr. Anfossi has thirty-five certifications for sales, marketing, training and business ethics, including certification from the Small Business Administration, Carew, Sandler, S.A.I. Global and AAIA organizations. Mr. Anfossi is an A.S.E. Certified Parts Specialist with a focus on braking systems, suspension, chassis and automotive batteries.

   Partner with the Market General Manager in growing and retaining existing dealers. Be the eyes and ears and communicating between dealers and the MGM, any issues that need to be resolved. Working with Territory Sales Manager to quickly and correctly set up new dealers and train them on the Interstate system (warranty, testers, pricing knowledge, etc.). Provide quick and competent service to resolve customer complaints. Working with Interstate Batteries’ Support Center in Dallas, to help continuously refine the process and role definition.
