I lead the UK Industrial Relations portfolio, accountable for our relationships with both unions and employee representatives on matters of negotiation, consultation and strategy. I also lead the global oversight of industrial relations on behalf of Group Employee Relations; this includes managing our risk profile as well as advising on dispute resolution across the Group.Working with the business, its leadership and members of HR I advise on both discreet and bank-wide programmes of transformational change as well as providing guidance on strategy as it impacts our colleague change experience.I have brought together and established a community of practitioners across the UK to drive forward a consistent approach when managing change, improving the reputational standing of the function and providing an inclusive environment to foster talent. As the most senior point of escalation on matters of change I have led in our development of a centre of excellence and worked across HR portfolios in the development and contracting of operating procedures.With a discreet portfolio of individual ER cases, including leading complex investigations, I work effectively across both the front line retail and customer propositions as well as the institutional finance portfolios of the bank.
