I am passionate about what I do and strive to make a difference in people’s lives every day. I’m the type of person who rolls up his sleeves and gets in the details and data to deliver results. I care about people and treat them with respect and am the same person at work as I am at home. I believe that inspiration leads to engagement. Originally from Florida, I grew up and currently live in California. I’ve also lived in Idaho, Korea (2 years), Utah, and Hawaii. My wife and I have five children. We love to travel and have been all around the world. We have a family goal to visit all 63 of the U.S. National Parks (40 down… 23 to go!). I love thought leadership and sharing innovative ideas.
