I also have the ability and capability to manage multiple operations, and P&L based on warehouse and transport.Utilising my exceptional interpersonal skills, it allows me to communicate with all levels of the business on an individual and team level basis with an excellent approach to problem solving, project management and leadership, these skills have enabled me to be a coach and mentor influencing my peers and colleagues across the teams I have managed within Evri (Hermes) for the past 21 years. I am particularly proud of the fact that in all my roles I have left a succession plan and have never been replaced by an outside recruit.
