Launched STR genotyping kit, mitochondrial sequencing, ancestry identification and SNP identity assays on the Chef/S5 instruments with analysis software.After acquisition of IntergenX, supported relaunch of product with performance improvements and integration of company into HID business. Planned R&D technical roadmap to support business product roadmap. Initiated incubation projects with R&D functions across company and external collaborators to seed roadmap. Implemented sustaining engineering process to improve on-market product performance. Product Assurance team improved technical complaint resolution which improved business CAS score.
