I am a leadership-driven executive with a long track record of driving innovation and transformation. Currently the CEO and Executive Chair of CopperPoint Insurance Companies, I am passionate about growing CopperPoint’s footprint and capabilities, and realizing our vision as a leading commercial insurance company for the United States. Since joining CopperPoint as CEO in 2016, I have overseen organizational transformation, taking the company from $255 million in Gross Written Premium and $3.6 billion in total assets in 2016 to $719 million in Gross Written Premium and $5.3 billion in total assets in 2024. In my role, I have the ultimate privilege of working alongside our talented employees, leaders, and partners as we strive to make insurance mean more to more people every day.
