I streamline final project closeout procedure including final punch walk, Path to Zero meetings, and closeout documentation and activities. I monitor the implementation of Punch-As-You-Go procedure and maintain punch items. I regularly oversee remote and on-site meetings. I effectively use available corporate resources. I carry out weekly in-person visits throughout the U.S. I serve as liaison between owner, GC, and on-site personnel.A few noteworthy contributions in this tenure include:• Slashed change order costs while increasing savings via meticulous validation of all change orders against project scope.• Successfully completed several projects within strict timeframes and budget constraints.
