At eOne Film & Television, responsibilities spanned business and legal affairs, production, technical operations, and rights management, while also serving as interim CFO and a key member of the executive leadership team overseeing the sale of eOne Film & Television to Lionsgate with JP Morgan and Centerview Partners.Core strengths include structuring and negotiating complex deals, operations management, finance, team leadership, and executive strategy.
