I am a banking and financial services leader with deep experience across risk management, regulation, and public policy. My career has spanned both the public and private sectors, where I have worked closely with regulators, boards, and senior management teams to strengthen resilience, governance, and long term sustainability in financial institutions.My work is grounded in a strong academic foundation in banking, risk management, business transformation, regulation and supervision. I have held senior positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Merrill Lynch, and EY, where I currently serve as a Principal in the Financial Services Consulting Practice. In these roles, I have focused on risk management, capital and liquidity management, governance, and risk, technological- and regulatory-driven transformation for global and regional financial institutions.I bring a collaborative, pragmatic approach to complex challenges, helping organizations balance growth and innovation with effective risk management. My experience advising institutions ranging from GSIBs to regional banks, along with an extensive global regulatory network, allows me to support boards and executive teams on issues related to capital, liquidity, resolution planning, and resilience.
