Responsible for global Supply Chain and Customer Care operations as well as Wound Care Manufacturing-Key dimensions Supply Chain & CC: Supporting ~$6,2B revenue,~35K SKU\'s,~$400M Supply Chain and Customer Care spend,~$2,3B inventory and ~$800M of capital assets, 1.700 people across 34 countries-Key dimensions Manufacturing: 5 manufacturing sites, totaling ~$550M COP and ~1,500 people in 5 countries, producing wound dressings, Capital equipment pump devices and Bio tissue productsKey deliverables and achievements in the role- Reduced back orders by 80%, increased OTIF with 25% to 91%, whilst hitting budget on cost to Serve- Key focus in 2024/ 2025 was implementing optimization programs to our distribution network (~80 warehouses and removing nodes) by reducing Cost to Serve with >1%- Reduce cash consumption of inventory, with over 150 DSI in 2025- Managing optimized manufacturing network strategies, that will allows the company to improve Gross margin with 1% per year till 2030- Implementing Lean Operating system and OPEX within the Advanced Wound Management manufacturing sites in 2025 and modernizing our operational technology- Driving key programs in support of this, implemented APS, implemented SIOP and maturing to IBP, implemented Customer care improvements like SF.COM Case management and touchless ordering and implementation of AI Agent force
