As a Food Scientist I always look for opportunities to discover and master new food technologies. Cereal agglomeration, refining, hot extrusion, hot fill pasteurization, and retort sterilization are some examples of the technologies I have been deeply involved with.Always up for a challenge, I enjoy being able to juggle and manage several projects at once. The culmination of my projects is the commercialization of a new, innovative, safe and scalable product.
