Leader and manager of organizational development, training, and standardization for the most dynamic and demanding warfighting leadership activity in the US Navy. Developed and maintains the standard for eight Navy three- and four-star admiral staffs, charged with developing plans and coordinating the activities of tactical Navy assets engaged in deterring active threats and winning our nation\'s wars at sea. Specifically- Program manager for the MOC Training/Exercise Team, managing all aspects of predictive and adaptive project management. Manages scope, contract resources, workflow, WBS, growth strategy, stakeholder communication strategies, risk and quality, cost and schedule, and procurement activities, to include proposal management and technical approach- Directs a team of 60 subject matter experts to continuously train MOC organizations to exceed the standard, as directed by the Navy\'s senior leadership. Ensures the highest degree of proficiency in MOC organizations by coordinating 4 to 5 major exercise events each year, and up to 15 tailored training events supported by team members and MOC stakeholders- Delivered training support for over 2,100 events over the lifetime of the contract- Developed and delivered first Navy staff human proficiency performance model for major Navy Fleet HQ elements, responsible for warfighting command and control at the operational level.
