ABOUT MARC NORMANDIN
Marc Normandin is a Partner with Egon Zehnder. Based in Montreal, he draws on his international experience when advising companies on board succession, C-suite and executive recruitment, as well as leadership development. His clients include global multinationals, public and private sector companies, and family owned enterprises across numerous industries. Marc previously served as Montreal Office Leader from 2006 to 2024, and as Managing Partner for Canada from 2017 to 2023. He has served on several health-care boards and is a past member of the Young Presidents\' Organization. Outside of work, Marc is an avid skier who enjoys spending time with his family.
