About Marc Neuman

Over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Worked as a fitness expert and morphed into a corrective exercise specialist with backgrounds in fascial stretch therapy and applied functional science. I am gift fellow from the Gray Institute in addition to a Fascial Stretch Specialist from the Stretch to Win Institute. I have 4 years of experience working as a Fascial Stretch Specialist for a professional football team in the NFL as have worked with many of them privately. Currently own and am one of the founders of StretchWerks, a flexibility and mobility center focused on injury prevention, recovery, and enhanced athletic performance.

   Our members seek out Fascial Stretch Therapy for a variety of different reasons. If you suffer from pain and discomfort, lack of flexibility and mobility, or want to improve your athletic performance through better movement, FST can help. Whether you are a student athlete, active senior, weekend warrier or even a professional athlete, FST is appropriate for all ages and lifestyles.The experience includes an extensive assessment by a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist trained by The Stretch To Win Institute. During each treatment our therapists will look at each person’s range of motion, flexibility, limitations, alignment, pain and discomfort levels. They will also take into account the members goals and develop a stretch program that will gradually help them reach those goals. After every treatment your therapist will provide you with aftercare stretches and movement patterns to perform on your own based on your most challenging areas. Each time you return you will be reassessed to determine the best course of treatment. A variety of techniques will be used both on and off the table to ensure the best results in the shortest period of time. We will provide you a truly unique and effective experience that will enhance all aspects of your life.
