Leveraging my 20+ years of leadership experience in the education and non-profit sectors, I specialize in leadership coaching, and increasing learning velocity in teams and organizations.I began my career teaching middle school science, before founding KIPP Philadelphia Charter School and serving as it’s first principal. I then transitioned to the CEO of KIPP Philadelphia’s regional network, leading the expansion to five schools serving students in grades K-12, and overseeing all aspects of school and network operations.I am now an independent consultant working at the intersection of learning science and high performance.
