Realising there was a need in the market for a more sustainable build option with excellent thermal and acoustic values, we researched various build types which eventually took us to the world leading manufacturing plant of Isotex based in Northern Italy. There I witnessed typical Italian precision engineering used in the production of these ICF building blocks, made from recycled wood with excellent quality control, ensuring the tight tolerance levels in squareness of the block as well as strength.With a number of tests carried out by independent bodies, confirming the qualities in the blocks, including being fireproof, with excellent ballistic, seismic, thermal and acoustic values and the product being used in builds over a number of years, it was clear we had to build with them in this country.We can deliver straight to your build site at the required time with typical delivery times within 1-2 weeks although can deliver within 5 x working days. We also provide the option of storing your blocks to ensure they are delivered with your build schedule to prevent any delays.We can train folk up within a few days including those who have no building experience to those who have where we will “Build your confidence to build a house!” On average Isotex builds are 2/3 of the costs of other traditional construction methods and are popular from self builders to experience developers.
