ABOUT MARC LETOURNEAU

Marc Létourneau is a seasoned expert in business transformation, solution implementation, and technology platform deployment. He is driven by a core belief: technology only creates value when it helps organizations evolve and thrive. With a background in microelectronics engineering, Marc began his career at Nortel and later TELUS, where he quickly distinguished himself by simplifying complex technologies for clients. Early on, he understood that successful strategic transformations are built on close collaboration with stakeholders, by capturing and analyzing organizational needs and delivering simple solutions to complex problems. This mindset guided his journey as an independent consultant. For over 15 years, Marc supported major organizations in large-scale technology transformation initiatives across banking, investment, transportation, retail, and government sectors. His positive leadership and team builder skills allow him to quickly mobilize individuals and resources at all levels, even within complex structures, to ensure the success and sustainability of transformation efforts. Rigorous planning and clear communication have been key drivers of these achievements. In recent years, Marc has focused particularly on the ServiceNow platform, becoming a catalyst for strategic technology pivots and a trusted partner for organizations seeking efficiency and innovation. Marc begins a new chapter by joining Levio as Partner and ServiceNow Practice Lead.
