I take autonomous systems from technology building blocks to real products. Aligning architecture, organization and delivery into a coherent whole.This approach has shaped a career building complex cyber-physical systems at increasing scale, most recently leading a 1,200+ engineer organization with a €200M+ development portfolio, delivering an AI-first autonomous driving platform across the Volkswagen Group.
