VMWare patches and upgrades- Migrating the company email from VPOP3 to Exchange 2019- Configuring and installing Remote Desktop Services to provision applications such as Outlook and Word and map printers to users’ desktops- Updating ESXi Hosts to latest version including SAN- Managing mobile devices using Sophos mobile security and now Intune and configuring Sophos web filtering- Configuring and installing Veeam backups, Outlook Signature using Exclaimer manager, and Mailstore- Redesign of MPLS network implementation to Internet Network working with IP Integration and SDWAN- Plan, develop Office 365 for all users, creating a Hubsites and documetation to implement Sharepoint- Delegated plan to allow Cyber Essentails Plus certification to be achieved and internal Penetration testing- Updating all switches across the network and designing new VLANS for clients and voice networks-Designed and Implemented Avaya Phone System and voice VLAN
