I’m an experienced industrial real estate broker licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, with more than $150 million in closed transactions. I work closely with clients to guide and assist them in the acquisition, disposition, or leasing of industrial properties that support their business goals and operational needs.My focus is on the City of Chicago, the I-55 Corridor, the Southwest Suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. I’ve represented property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants across sectors such as food production, distribution, transportation, warehousing, and redevelopment.I began my career at Paine Wetzel, where I was named the firm’s top producer in 2019, and later joined DarwinPW Realty, continuing to deliver results across both sales and leasing assignments.With a legal background in real estate, contract law, and civil litigation, I bring a strategic and practical understanding of deal structure and negotiation. My early work in sports representation sharpened my approach to advocacy and client service—skills I bring to every transaction.
