I am an HR Senior Executive with 25 years’ experience working in international companies such as NCR and 4Front and also locally, in France, in the energy business for AREVA and TechnicAtome. In my previous position from 2014 to 2022 I was the Senior VP HR in charge of the entire HR function for the employees in 8 sites of TechnicAtome in France.(TechnicAtome specializes in design, construction and commissioning of compact nuclear reactors.) At the end of 2022 I joined Eurenco as Senior VP HR & Communications. EURENCO is the European leader in Energetic Materials with a full range of propellants, explosives and combustible items for Strategic markets like Defense & Security, Space, Oil & Gas and with more than 1800 employees located in 3 plants in France, one in Belgium and one in Sweden.Specialties: my main areas of expertise are in change management, performance management, internal communication and personnel management. I also have strong competence in labor relations.
