ABOUT MARC GOODHUE

I am a versatile process engineer with over 15 years of experience in both consulting firms and operations. My past experiences have exposed me to a wide variety of processes which have enabled me to learn and adapt quickly.People I’ve worked with have often commented that they appreciated my ability to always keep the “Big picture” in mind while still being able to delve into the details of the work. I am at ease working out of an office or working on the plant floor. During my time as a process engineer consultant, my ability to easily communicate with clients from the operator to the president was valued. In process consulting, I have participated in all stages of engineering, including commissioning and successfully completed many measurement campaigns on sites. I’ve worked on projects to optimize systems, modernize plants, debottleneck processes and build new plants amongst other things. In addition to having a good understanding of process deliverables, I have often been part of multidisciplinary teams on many projects. In fact, other discipline engineers have told me they appreciated my ability to understand their needs and look at the problem from their perspective.In industrial settings, I was head of the metallurgical department with a team of 4 for over a year at a diamond processing company. I also supervised in a Rod Mill a team of 14 quality inspectors on the production line, and I was responsible for maintaining the ISO 9001 quality management system and managing the internal audit team.
