Program Manager-NPDC Hardening ProjectSeven year oversight and development of multi-phased data center upgrade.NPDC Hardening ProjectMaster planning, phasing, design, engineering and implementation of infrastructure improvements to operational enterprise level data center. Improvements include architectural expansion, renovation, upgrade, consolidation and restack of data center process, production equipment and operations. Construction and overlay of new electrical, mechanical, IT, Telcom and Security infrastructure within functional data center environment including upgrade of all systems to Tier compliance. Migration of all infrastructure, systems and production equipment from old to new infrastructure and removal of old infrastucture without any data center downtime.Implementation of numerous projects at various Hartford locations.Aetna InsuranceAccess Floor UpgradeReplacement of existing operational Tier enterprise data center access floor including cable mining and new floor grounding system.High Density / High Availability POD Implementation Concurrent design and construction of new HD / HA POD compute platforms within two existing Aetna Tier enterprise data center facilities. Engineering of mechanical, fire protection, and electrical equipment including reconfiguration of existing physical plant to redistribute remaining available cooling and power capacity.
